Quilindschy Hartman believes that expectations need to be realistic and that Premier League survival has to be the aim for this season.

00:00What's the dream next season? What do you feel like the club can achieve?
00:03I think you always have to be ambitious and I know how it feels to play in Europe and that's really nice.
00:09But I think we also have to be realistic and if you look to the last few years I think teams coming up struggled quite a lot.
00:15So I think the first thing for us is to do to try to stay in the Premier League, to build on that because I think the last few years teams were struggling a bit.
00:25Also because the other teams were in already for a few years and they have obviously more possibilities to get players.
00:33So I think it's the most important thing to stay in now and build on that and then let's see what we can do.
00:38But first we have to look to this season and I think the goal must be to stay in the Premier League.
