Mule account offences are on the rise, with thousands of Malaysians — including students — exploited by syndicates promising quick returns, revealed Bukit Aman CCID director Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa.
As of July 22, over 39,000 cases had been detected, with 10,635 already brought to court.
Rusdi urged the public to follow the 'T.A.K.E.F.I.V.E' guideline to avoid falling prey to such financial scams.
