00:00Please welcome Ravi from Zeef.
00:07Yeah, hi everyone.
00:13So those of you who are not part of the panel session, just to give a brief.
00:17My name is Ravi, I'm the co-founder and CEO of Zeef.
00:20And I've been in the blockchain space for almost seven years now.
00:24Started my journey helping enterprises navigate blockchain tech in 2017.
00:29Worked with quite a few enterprises and thereafter started Zeef,
00:34because we saw that setting up your own network, managing, maintaining it,
00:38especially in a very hard compliance and regulatory environment,
00:41is super, super difficult.
00:43So that was the motivation why we started Zeef.
00:46So Zeef has been into infrastructure for the last four years.
00:51We started with Fabric, Besu, some of the permission protocols,
00:55but then started helping a lot of customers who wanted to launch their own L1s.
01:01Initially, there were no very standard stacks to launch your own chain.
01:05People used to fork Ethereum or Lisk or various other protocols.
01:10But then once we started seeing stacks like Cosmos SDK and then Avalon subnet,
01:14I think things changed massively in the last three, four years.
01:18We offer one-click deployments.
01:21And why that is important?
01:22Not just to save time, because I believe somebody who is launching a mainnet,
01:27it may not be necessary to save massive amount of time,
01:29but I think it brings in a lot of standardization.
01:32When you are launching your own custom chain,
01:34you don't want human errors to creep in.
01:36So that's where one-click deployment with highly standardized,
01:39like server hardening, setting up machines with proper security, etc.,
01:43becomes sped up on importance.
01:45And then automated onboarding, like whether it be validator onboarding in a POS network.
01:50If you are launching POS, then you require how the validators can be onboarded in one-click,
01:56especially if you are launching an enterprise consortium or, let's say, a permissionless chain,
02:00or you are doing your node sale.
02:02In all of those scenarios, you would require some kind of onboarding support
02:06so that non-technical users can easily become part of your chain,
02:10whether it be exposing RPC, whether it be exposing Explorer,
02:13or getting validators to onboard you on your chain.
02:17And then one thing that we have seen is that as stacks mature, like today,
02:22you have seen L1s or the Avalon stack has matured massively in the last two years.
02:27And we are seeing a lot of traction from enterprises or startups
02:32who have been running on Fabric or Besu or some of the L2 stacks,
02:35they want to migrate to L1.
02:37So since we have worked with multiple stacks and served multiple customers,
02:42we have massive expertise on migrating your chain,
02:45including zero data loss and zero data migration headaches over to L1.
02:51And then we are very strong on security, working with enterprises.
02:55We are ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, and GDPR compliant.
02:59So very, very compliant, and not just at the organization level,
03:02but whatever infra we build, deploy, or manage,
03:06we ensure that the same kind of security and compliances
03:10are implemented on the infrastructure level.
03:13And then we have massive integrations I'll talk about.
03:16Just a brief, you know, in terms of numbers,
03:18in the last six to eight weeks, we have launched 15 L1s.
03:22We have been running 60-plus production networks across different stacks.
03:25That includes L1s, L2s, and L3s.
03:28And we have been running more than 350 testnets,
03:31again, across different stacks.
03:33We are a team of 70-plus blockchain engineers and DevOps experts,
03:36so very solid team, including support engineers,
03:39providing 24-7 support with enterprise SLA.
03:42And then we have been more than four years,
03:44almost going to be five now.
03:47So why Avalanche L1?
03:51I got across Avalanche in 2023,
03:55end of 2022 when I met Justin in New York
03:59during the Benzinga Conference.
04:01The whole idea of subnet was very, very exciting.
04:04First, you know, the overall architecture of Avalanche
04:06has been incredibly beautiful.
04:09If you delve deeper into it and compare it with other stacks,
04:11you will realize the whole concept of p-chain and asset chain is amazing.
04:16And then along with subnets where you can extend,
04:18getting the same stack, same functionality of Avalanche C-chain to your own chain was very beautiful.
04:25And I think in terms of numbers, we see that Avalanche has got traction across all different verticals,
04:31all different kind of use cases.
04:33And at the same time, you know, their C-chain has got massive enterprise adoption,
04:37which again is something unique to Avalanche ecosystem.
04:39But there were some obvious challenges with the subnet stack, you know.
04:44As I think Martin also mentioned in his presentation,
04:48that it was very CapEx intensive, so you require 2,000 AVAX,
04:51you had dependency on the C-chain.
04:53So if you want to launch a complete permissionless L1, it was pretty difficult.
04:56So I think doing away with these changes with Aetna upgrade,
04:59I think now we have got a stack where you can launch not just a permissionless L1,
05:03or permission, but anywhere in between.
05:06So that is, I think, the beauty of it.
05:08And we realized this early on.
05:10And with this upgrade, you know, we have started seeing more and more traction
05:14as compared to other stacks using Avalanche L1 to launch your own L1.
05:20But still, you know, launching your own L1 in-house still becomes a difficult proposition
05:25because every stack has their own learning curve.
05:28It requires a lot of technical inputs.
05:30And it's not just about launching your L1, which I think Avalanche has done a fantastic job
05:35to make it super, super easy for any builder to launch their own L1.
05:39But it's about building the ecosystem around your chain.
05:43Because when you are launching a dApp on a public chain,
05:45you are actually becoming part of an ecosystem which is already there.
05:49But when you are launching your own custom L1,
05:51then you need to actually build your own ecosystem as well.
05:54So what I mean to say is that let's say you are launching a gaming chain or a DeFi use case,
05:59like we have a customer Wirex, a payment app.
06:02Now they require account abstraction.
06:04They require oracles.
06:05They require interoperability support.
06:07So let's say we talk about these three integrations.
06:10So with us, you can have native integrations into your L1.
06:13So when you are launching your L1, we make it so easy, so abstracted,
06:18that it's like, you know, deploying your smart contract on a public chain.
06:22So that is the whole idea.
06:24So that is the difference between launching your own chain,
06:26because it's not just about writing some lines of code or deploying a chain,
06:29but having all the core components in place,
06:32whether it be data indexing or explorer,
06:34and having all these integrations in place.
06:36So that you become, you can launch your own ecosystem,
06:39you can build your community,
06:40and you can focus on the main, main focus area,
06:43which is building user traction, building transactions,
06:46building community for your own chain.
06:50So this is our core product stack,
06:53where we have, you know, given a brand to Avalanche L1 launcher called Cogitus,
06:58which includes, you know, L1 launcher.
07:00With one click, in a few minutes, you can launch your L1.
07:03At the same time, there's a very sophisticated configuration wizard.
07:07You can have your different kind of configs, including gas configs.
07:10It comes with all the core components, whether it be explorer, data indexing,
07:15faucets, etc.
07:17Along with post-deployment, you have a monitoring dashboard,
07:20both standard and as advanced,
07:22where you can manage all your configurations,
07:25all your on-chain, off-chain, and infra-level metrics.
07:29And at the same time,
07:30it's powered with 24-7 monitoring and support with enterprise SLA.
07:34And then, you know, we have Tracerog, which is our block explorer,
07:37which has been built using BlockScout on top of it.
07:41A very useful layer.
07:42You can customize it to any way you want.
07:44And then TraceI, which is a data indexing and hosted subgraphs,
07:47which is powered by both by graph protocol as well as subquery.
07:51So it gives you massive options to do any kind of data indexing,
07:56your custom contracts, etc.
07:59And then, you know, this is our main offering,
08:01Avalanche L1 as a service.
08:03So as you can see, it provides tons of configurations,
08:06unlimited flexibility on doing any kind of configurations.
08:09We have a support which provides you onboarding.
08:12So you can set up a call with a team of experts
08:14who can help you with identifying the right set of configurations.
08:17Depending on your use case, what configurations is good for you.
08:20So there is an open platform.
08:22You can go and launch a chain doing all the configs.
08:25But at the same time, whenever you need support,
08:27our team is there to help you with each and every config.
08:29It is what is more optimized or what is the best config for your use case.
08:34And then, you know, setting up the node infra,
08:36bringing our enterprise-grade infra, you know,
08:40with server hardening, etc.
08:42We set up an infra-grade, you know, your nodes.
08:46And then post-deployment.
08:49And then, you know, depending on your compliances,
08:51we offer 150-plus cloud regions across the globe
08:54wherever you want to set up your machines.
08:56If you want to have a distributed infra, like some machines running in Europe,
08:59some in the US, some in Asia, even you can do that.
09:02So that kind of distributed kind of architecture is also possible with us,
09:06along with high availability, which may be required
09:08if you're launching a chain which is anticipated
09:11to have a massive number of transactions from day one.
09:13And then, you know, migration assistance and enterprise SLAs, as I mentioned.
09:18This is a quick snapshot of our dashboard.
09:21Then, you know, Tracei, which is a data indexing product.
09:24And then Tracei, which is a block explorer.
09:27These are some of our packages with part of the subsidy program.
09:32We are offering testnet at $50.
09:34You can launch a devnet, which is forever, or testnet for a limited time.
09:38And at the same time, there's a subsidy on launching your mainnet as well.
09:42This is a list of integration partners.
09:44So we believe as we worked with more than 70-plus production networks,
09:47every chain, depending on your use case, do require some kind of extension.
09:51Whether it be account abstraction, whether it be wallet infrastructure,
09:54whether it be on-ramp, off-ramp, interoperability, oracles.
09:58So this provides, this is our all partners that we connect with.
10:02Some of them are natively integrated to L1.
10:04And our target for this year is to integrate more and more partners.
10:08So that if you require oracles, we can bring in not just Chainlink,
10:12but we can bring in Redstone, we can bring in different other partners,
10:15and you can choose depending on your requirements,
10:17your integration timelines, your cost structure.
10:21So a plethora of choices in each category that we bring here.
10:25And then, you know, in terms of engagements, as I mentioned,
10:28these are our customers for custom options and roll-ups.
10:31As you can see, you know, we cover all different kind of use cases,
10:34all verticals, a lot of enterprises, including Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Bank,
10:40Siemens Energy, Vodafone, some of our customers on the enterprise side.
10:44And on the crypto-native side, we have Wirex, we have Router Protocol.
10:48So quite a few, building Web3 infra or into DeFi, or gaming, you know,
10:52so covering all different.
10:54And the ones, logos, which are covered by red boundary,
10:58that are typical L1s that we have highlighted here.
11:03So this was basically more on the presentation side.
11:06Just a quick glimpse on how the platform looks like.
11:12It's completely live.
11:13You can go there.
11:14We have already got more than 40 devnets,
11:16which are running in the last two weeks,
11:18and 15 plus L1s which have gone into public testnets
11:21or public mainnets.
11:23So you can simply, so devnet is a very exciting offering that we have offered,
11:33because at times, you just want to test it out.
11:35You have not decided.
11:37And so for that, we have two options.
11:39One, you can launch a devnet.
11:40And there's a public demo network as well, where you don't need to launch anything.
11:44You don't need to buy anything.
11:46You simply go to the public demo network, and it is a fully functional L1.
11:51And you can simply deploy your contracts, and you can do the transactions,
11:54and you can get the entire set of functionality.
11:57And we have got native integrations as well with ThirdWeb and WalletInfra, etc.
12:01So you can try out all the functionalities without deploying on your own chain.
12:06But once you decide that you want to launch your devnet and testnet,
12:09you can simply move forward.
12:12For the subsidized testnet, it gives you the necessary conditions that you need to meet,
12:16or you can launch at a regular cost.
12:30Now, once you have done the eCommerce workflow, then post that again, as I mentioned.
12:37You can do it yourself, completely set your configs.
12:39It has got a help icon with each and every config so that you know how it works,
12:43like the way you see it on the screen.
12:45But at the same time, you can always set up a call, you can invoke the chat,
12:48or you can connect us on Telegram.
12:51As you get onboarded, you have a Telegram group.
12:54And we can help you with defining each and every configuration
12:57and helping set up the chain for you.
13:02So these are all different configurations.
13:04Like for identifying your chain ID, we have an integration with chain list
13:08which can tell you which is the unique ID.
13:10And then accordingly, whether you want to set up a POA chain or a POS chain,
13:14all kinds of configurations.
13:15And with POA, you get a lot of pre-compiles as well as that you can see here.
13:19So once you have done the configurations, I'll just skip some of the config piece.
13:27So once you have configured, then it takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes for your testnet to be set up.
13:45It depends on the syncing time with the P chain, how much time it may take, maximum up to 30 minutes that we have seen.
13:50Once you launch it, it shows in progress.
13:53And then, you know, once it is set up, I'll just show you another network.
14:08Yep.
14:09And then you get a management dashboard where you can see all your configs of the chain.
14:13You can make any changes.
14:14And now we are launching an advanced version of our dashboard
14:17so that you can make even on-chain configuration changes within your dashboard itself.
14:22Right now, it's more of a static dashboard which shows all the matrix of the underlying cloud,
14:26your on-chain matrix, plus your all different kind of configurations that you have on the chain.
14:31But then later on, you would be able to do on-chain changes also to your chain.
14:35This is, again, integrations part.
14:38You have add-ons, like, you know, different kind of add-ons.
14:41You see some of the add-ons by our labs, like EERC or interop.
14:45Then we have add-ons from oracles or interoperability, et cetera.
14:48You can simply toggle that, yes, I want this add-on.
14:51And whichever add-ons are natively integrated, with just a few clicks, you would be able to add it to your chain.
14:56Whichever may require more configurations, then you can set up a call with us
15:00and we can help you how to set up that integration with us.
15:03And this chain is, this list is right now eight to ten integrations.
15:06But you're going to see that, you know, we are adding more and more.
15:09The target for this year is to add at least twenty to thirty integrations,
15:12covering all different kind of use cases.
15:14So that launching your chain, managing your chain, and extending your chain becomes super, super easy for you.
15:20This is your dashboard where you can see all your different networks and you can manage them.
15:25And then you'll notice the features like your subscription management.
15:35It's a complete full-fledged dashboard, user access control.
15:37You can add more users who can manage different aspects of your network, who can have access to the dashboard,
15:42who can have access to advanced configuration changes, et cetera.
15:46So this is what Cogitus is.
15:53It's a one-click deployment platform.
15:55But at the same time, it helps you build the entire ecosystem.
15:58And to top it all, we are a very strong team.
16:01We have been with the Web3.
16:02We provide massive co-marketing support.
16:04We have been doing a lot of activities with our partners.
16:08We have our own flagship event called Roll Up and App Chain Day.
16:11Last we did was at East Denver, where Avalanche was the key partner.
16:16And then we do a lot of Web3 spaces, whether it be AMAs or talk shows, a lot of content generation.
16:23And we help our startups grow.
16:25We help them with node sale infrastructure.
16:27We help quite a few customers raise funds during their node sales.
16:31And then whichever way, as the market evolves, we continue to add more and more features into our product
16:36to ultimately help our partners, builders, customers to go to market as well as get a very sound and reliable infrastructure
16:49so that they don't need to worry about the infrastructure and can focus more and more on their use case.
16:55And if you want to, you can go to cogitus.io or zeev.io.
16:59You can simply log in and you can set up your testnet or access the public demo network.
17:03You can connect us on Twitter, LinkedIn, or Telegram.
17:06Or you can set up a free call with our team of experts who can help you.
17:11Starting from, you know, what Avalanche L1 is, how it can help you, why it is the best stack to launch a chain,
17:17and how zeev can help you realize your vision on Avalanche L1.
