On July 19, 2025, around 8:30 PM in Bareilly, UP, a group of Kanwariyas from Pilibhit vandalised a vehicle after it brushed past them, allegedly breaking a Kanwariya’s phone. The incident occurred while they were en route to Bilsanda with Ganga water.
An altercation and scuffle broke out between the Kanwariyas and the car occupants. Police intervened, brought both parties to the station, resolved the dispute, and initiated legal proceedings.
