Haridwar, Uttarakhand — A group of Kanwariyas allegedly misbehaved with a woman riding a scooter after it collided with a vehicle on the Rishikul Highway in Haridwar.
According to reports, the woman was beaten up by the Kanwariyas following the minor accident. A part of the incident was captured on video, which has since surfaced and gone viral on social media, drawing widespread criticism.
Police are investigating the matter and have assured appropriate action against those responsible.
