00:20The latest development comes courtesy of Attorney General Pam Bondi, who indicated in a statement

00:25that she was going to move to unseal grand jury testimony in the case.

00:30That's a pretty unusual development. Grand jury testimony by definition is meant to be secret,

00:35both to protect the accounts and identities of witnesses and the reputations of people who are not charged.

00:43But in this instance, the Attorney General says that she's going to take that step to ask the court to do that.

00:47It's not clear when or even if any of those records might be released.

00:53Even if the Epstein case records are made public, critics say it may not be enough.

00:58The Trump administration is under fire for failing to deliver on promises of full transparency.
