00:00pfl is in action this weekend as well they have pfl africa first of those cards coming up this

00:06year this one over in south africa on saturday july 19th in cape town now if you want to watch

00:13it live you can do that at 10 a.m eastern on the pfl app but it will also be broadcasted on espn

00:19plus at two o'clock eastern so you can watch it on tape delay there if you don't want to get up

00:24early or you need to stop soccer with the kids or something going on new little afternoon respite

00:29you can watch some fights from the pfl from over in south africa there on a delayed replay there

00:34some great fights at the top of this card obviously it's going to start the pfl africa you know

00:39tournament on the undercard you have a lot of those fighters you know many fighters that obviously

00:43we don't know we'll get to know over through the course of the tournament as we have with pfl mana

00:47and even some of the pfl europe as well but that main card as you can see there is stacked so that's

00:53something you definitely want to tune into a lot of great fighters that you know from the pfl going

00:58and doing battle including the middleweight title on the line with johnny eblin fighting castello

01:03van stenas van stenas is the 32 year old aka the spaniard from the netherlands so making complete

01:10sense there of course but he is 16 and 3 in mma eight wins by submission he's a former bellator

01:16fighter where he was seven and two for his record there he's coming off back-to-back wins for the pfl

01:21and bellator so now he is going to try to raise up a level and fight the best now he's had some great

01:27fights against guys like fabian edwards and some others so he has fought some of the top competition

01:31but now he's fighting the champ johnny eblin eblin uh you know it's going to be a tough dude for him

01:36but then stenas is very very confident in this as here's what he says about his opponent the champion

01:42johnny eblin i'm not only going to beat johnny eblin i'm gonna i'm gonna actually humiliate him

01:48yeah i believe i am i'm gonna show him how good i actually really am i mean not just beat the champ

01:53he wants to humiliate the champ that's the strong words from a guy uh making you know his title shot

01:59here of course you're gonna call your shot you're gonna want to do a big style he's gonna try to do

02:03that at cape town see if he can not only beat johnny eblin but live up to his words and humiliate him

02:08it's gonna be tough as eblin the 33 year old american is the champion undefeated 16 and 0 none of those wins

02:14by decision uh of course was undefeated in bellator before coming over to the pfl 10 and 0 there

02:19he beat gay guard was saucy for the title and then defended it three times including two of those

02:24against fabian edwards who uh then stenas fought as well so you know they have some common opponent

02:29there but this is a guy who has not lost this is a guy who you know is very good all around you know

02:34of course he's going to use the grappling game as his main thing he's going to try to grind you down

02:37he's going to you know use you to clinch against the cage slow you down not let you do the offense

02:41that you want to do in that cage but he can throw too we've seen that you know he has some knockout

02:47wins he has some big punches most of those are by decision but he does have some finishes so

02:51you know you sleep on this guy and he can sleep you and he plans to not only beat his opponent

02:56but uh then kind of stomp on him a little bit afterwards as well it's usa versus spain i'm ready

03:02to beat the out of this spaniard and then afterwards i'm going to go vacation in his country

03:06now of course does that mean spain because he is a spaniard but as we said he is from the netherlands

03:12so i don't know if he's going to go vacation in spain or the netherlands maybe do both maybe do a

03:16whole little european jaunt just to uh you know go on his victory tour if he gets this victory but

03:21he is a champ he is defending and i think he wins because you know he has been trading with one of

03:27the best obviously you know he's a champion so he knows that in his own right how to do things but

03:31we've also seen him uh post recently training with the diamond dustin poirier to get ready for this fight

03:36and uh diamond poirier's last one so iron sharpens iron as the post says you know these two guys

03:41trying to make each other better as they get ready for these big fights that they have coming up i think

03:45uh not that he needs it but i think it's still going to help elblin and i think he gets another

03:49victory here i think he holds on to this title probably by decision as we said most of his wins

03:53are by decision you know maybe he gets it to the point that he can ground and pound to victory but

03:57most times you know he's going to wear you down wear you out and go to the judge's scorecard's
