00:00Light heavyweight, Input Kasanganai versus Yakshamiradov.

00:07This was a tough one, Kasanganai coming in

00:10as the defending champion.

00:11We talked to him about his great story,

00:13rising up into the PFL and what he's done.

00:16Was a quick fight though for his opponent.

00:18Came very aggressive out of the gates was Kasanganai.

00:22Came out trying to attack Yakshamiradov,

00:23maybe get him off guard, didn't work.

00:26Yakshamiradov caught him with a big right

00:27about 40 seconds in.

00:29Jumps on him, throws some big uppercuts

00:31with the right hand that you see in the replay.

00:33You know, it just swarmed him.

00:36And with less than a minute into the fight,

00:39Yakshamiradov becomes the light heavyweight champion

00:42and plus money too, he was a slight underdog.

00:44So good payday for anybody who bet on him.

00:48Tough loss for him, but that was his first knockout loss

00:50since the one three years ago in the UFC

00:52that sent him on this PFL path.

00:5414th KO for Yakshamiradov.

00:56He is a dangerous man for sure.

00:58Welterweight champion goes to Musaev

01:02who just really picked apart his opponent Umolotov.

01:05Both these guys undefeated.

01:06Umolotov was trying for some takedowns, didn't work.

01:09Tried to get big shots on the feet,

01:11didn't shake his opponent.

01:12And then in the end, you saw the fight IQ of Musaev

01:14in that third round finish that he had.

01:16I mean, he comes in there having felt his opponent out

01:19for two rounds, found the timing, the spots.

01:22Fakes the right hand and once Umolotov

01:24puts up the hands for that,

01:25catches him with a big left hook that drops him.

01:29Just, you know, it's a beautiful thing sometimes

01:31when you can really see these replays slow him down

01:33and you see what the fighter's thinking that,

01:35you know, he knew what the reaction was gonna be

01:36if he went with that right hand.

01:38So just faked it and then caught him in the opening.

01:40Made his opponent pay and gives Umolotov

01:43his first career loss.

01:46Then after that, we also had the championship

01:49for the lightweight title.

01:51Primus, former champion versus Rabotinov.

01:54This was all Rabotinov for the couple rounds

01:56that we saw this one.

01:57Three rounds, he gets the finish there.

01:59In the third round, only the second KO, TKO loss

02:03for Primus in his career.

02:05He just, he dominated him.

02:06He dropped Primus a couple times in the first.

02:07The second round kind of hurt himself

02:09by jumping into the guard of Primus

02:10and letting him try to hold him down and recover

02:12and get some submission attempts.

02:14Did not happen in the third round.

02:16He gets a big left hook that stumbles Primus,

02:18lands a few more jabs.

02:19Primus falls on his face, fight is over.

02:22And then you can't go without talking about the heavyweights.

02:25Gostov pop off, pop off with the early takedown.

02:27Gostov works him for about a minute or two,

02:30trying different submission attempts

02:31with the armbar, the triangle.

02:32Finally lands a triangle and wins by submission

02:35for the first time since 2019

02:37and is the new heavyweight champ.
