00:00We knew that Jason Jackson and Thad Jean were going to headline

00:03that semifinal card on June 12th.

00:05They were making the tour of Nashville, doing all the media in there.

00:08We're going to try to catch up with Thad Jean next week on the show

00:10and talk to him about that.

00:11But right under that one, Jesus Pinedo versus Gabriel Braga.

00:15They're going to rematch again for the third time.

00:17That's going to be awesome to see.

00:18Of course, you've got to put that up at the top there.

00:20Logan Sturley, Masiaka Kikuri.

00:22A little surprised this one's that high on the card,

00:24given that these guys are going to be kind of a grinded-out kind of fight.

00:28But their semifinals fight.

00:29You've got to throw it in there.

00:30And Javi Bulov versus Kim as the fourth one on the main card there.

00:34But then you look at the early card where you've got some of these alternate bouts

00:36and some of these showcase bouts that are going to be involved.

00:39I love that they put together Jeremy Kennedy and Adam Borch.

00:41Both these guys could have been in these semifinals very easily

00:44if the matchups went differently.

00:45But now they will match up against each other.

00:48Eve Landu, of course, on the card as well.

00:50Should be a great one.

00:51So that one is, you know, you look at the card.

00:53It's very well constructed.

00:54The top four fights, obviously, are there at the top.

00:57And I love that Kennedy Borch is going to be the one to wrap up that early card.

01:01That's the matchup they made of two guys that lost.

01:03Could be a great one between those two guys.

01:06Then when you look at June 20th,

01:08the main card of that one has Rabotinov versus J.J. Wilson as the main fight.

01:12A little surprised about that one.

01:14But you've got Luz Karmouche, Laura Donna as the co-main.

01:17That should be a great fight.

01:18Could have been easily a main fight there.

01:20Hadley versus Alves for their semifinal matchup as the third fight.

01:24And then Mondo Gutierrez, Justin Wetzel.

01:27I mean, that one's going to be the first one to lead off the night.

01:30It could have been a main event.

01:31It could have been, you know, higher on the card.

01:33But that one might not be a bad matchup to throw there,

01:35right, to kick things off on the main card for the PFL doing that one.

01:38And then you see some of these other semifinal matchups mixed in there on the prelim.

01:42A little surprised.

01:43Some of them could have been bumped up.

01:44Like a Primus Davis, I think, could have been on the main card.

01:47A Jenna Bishop, Shakalova.

01:50Shakalova is going to be a great matchup.

01:52It might be a little bit more of a grinder one,

01:54but that could be easily on that main card as well.

01:57So there are some fights here that, you know,

01:59you're seeing some of these other fighters that lost making a showcase battle,

02:03like a Matos, a Kelly.

02:05All should be some great fights.

02:07But maybe you could have made it a six, five, six, seven,

02:11even a main card there with the Primus and Bishop fights making the main card.

02:15Or you usually could have shoveled one of those on there

02:17and maybe bumped down Rabotinov-Wilson.

02:21I was a little surprised that one is the main event,

02:23the headliner for that card, but still a great card from the top.

02:27I would have made it maybe a little bit bigger to include some of those other ones,

02:29at least one of those other ones on the main card.

02:32But still going to be awesome to see June 20th, of course,

02:34down there in Wichita, Kansas.

02:37Then to finish up the semifinal matchups,

02:39we have on the main card,

02:41Fabian Edwards versus Josh Silvera to be the last fight we see.

02:46That is going to be awesome.

02:47I love that as the main event,

02:49almost as much as I love Phil Davis versus Sullivan Colley.

02:52I mean, you really couldn't go wrong with those two matchups,

02:54whichever way that you put them.

02:56Dalton Rosta versus Aaron Jeffrey.

02:58As that third fight's great,

02:59I might have put Carlos Jr. versus Powell a little bit on top of that.

03:02And then surprisingly, you see there at the bottom,

03:05a bantamweight showcase battle between Sergio Pettis and Raytheon Stotts.

03:10Of course, Pettis making his PFL debut.

03:13Getting bumped down all the way to the first fight on the main card.

03:16Usually when you're putting on a showcase fight like that,

03:18it's a main event or at least a co-main.

03:21This one all the way down as the first one on the main card.

03:24A little surprising that that's all the way down there,

03:25but a good move by them maybe to get a little bit of excitement

03:28and pump things up a little bit with that fight

03:30to start off the main card as we talked about

03:31the way they organized some of the earlier ones.
