00:00If you're on keto, try these easy burger bowls.
00:02This is perfect if you're on low carb.
00:04Little bit of avocado oil in the pan.
00:06Now this is very important.
00:07You're gonna add the ground beef
00:08and you gotta press down to make sure you get a good sear.
00:11Season with a little bit of salt, pepper, onion,

00:19with some lettuce on the bottom of the bowl,

00:28Lastly, we're gonna hit it with a little bit of burger sauce.
