00:06life? Today, I'm showing you 7 simple morning exercises to keep your body loose, pain-free,
00:13and ready for anything. Cat-cow stretch, inhale, lift your head and tailbone, this is the cow pose.
00:21Exhale, round your spine into cat pose, do this for 30 seconds to improve spine flexibility and
00:27reduce back stiffness. Deep squat hold, drop into your hips, keep your chest up and heels on the
00:33ground, this opens up your hips, knees, and ankles, vital for healthy walking and sitting posture.
00:40Standing leg swings, gently swing one leg forward and backward to activate your hips and hamstrings.
00:46Do 10-15 swings on each leg. This preps your lower body for movement. Arms circles, time to wake up
00:53those shoulders. Start small, then go bigger. Circle both forward and backward, this improves
00:59shoulder joint range and circulation. Forward fold to overhead reach, stretch out the hamstrings and
