00:00It's a grim day for these Palestinians as they mourn their loved ones at Gaza's Nasser
00:04hospital. Those killed are among dozens fatally shot as they were seeking desperately needed
00:10aid, according to local officials.
00:16Relatives of the dead have been left reeling.
00:19They deceive us, letting us come to receive aid. They let us carry the bags, then started
00:25shooting at us as if we were ducks being hunted. My children want to eat. Just yesterday my
00:31son told me, I want bread. I replied, how can I get any, my dear?
00:37Witnesses say those killed came under Israeli fire as they made their way to a food distribution
00:42site in the south of the enclave run by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.
00:47The Israeli army stated it fired warning shots to disperse people it viewed as a threat, adding
00:52it was not aware of any casualties. The GHF, a US and Israeli-backed organisation, insists
00:59that no incident occurred near its sites.
01:03But the UN has branded the sites human slaughterhouses, stating that in recent weeks, hundreds have
01:08been killed in their vicinity.
01:12Meanwhile Israeli airstrikes continue to pound the enclave. Over in Tel Aviv, a vigil was held
01:18on Saturday for Palestinian children killed in the bombings.
01:22First of all I am in pain and I am ashamed of what is going on, of what Israel has been
01:30doing for almost two years now. The genocide in Gaza, the butchery of thousands and thousands
01:36of innocent civilians, almost 20,000 children. Of course there is an ethnic cleansing going
01:42on as well in the West Bank. Fascism running rampant within Israel.
01:48Tel Aviv also saw protesters take to the streets once again, calling on the government to clinch
01:53a ceasefire deal that would free the remaining hostages held in Gaza.
