Vijayapura, (Karnataka), July 10, 2025(ANI): Tamil Nadu Police have arrested Sadiq alias Raja alias Tailor Raja alias Valarntha Raja alias Shahjahan Abdul Majid Makandar alias Shahjahan Shaik, a key accused in 1998 Coimbatore bomb blast case and communal murder cases across Tamil Nadu. He was arrested by a special team of Anti-Terrorism Squad and Coimbatore City Police at Vijayapura district, Karnataka. He is a native of Coimbatore and had been absconding for the past 29 years and never been arrested since 1996. 998 Coimbatore bomb blast case accused Tailor Raja remanded to judicial custody till 24th July.
