00:07now as you know i'm making some game content that's what i'm doing i'm sharing everything i make i share absolutely 100% free

00:16now i'm making an asylum and when i say asylum i don't mean like an asylum where you seek asylum

00:25i mean an actual proper asylum for mental patients so i'm thinking okay so anyway this is my interpretation of a mental asylum

00:37so this is obviously the bottom lower half of the yeah of the asylum this is where yeah the really bad ones are

00:48that's why all of these are red so you don't really want to interact with anybody who's in any of these rooms

00:54not really so if you look over here on this door here every one of these is set up the sax 8

01:01now i've got three different switches that i'm sharing if you're interested i haven't really found a switch i like yet

01:08i've tried the right switch you hear me don't really look good i'll try like a one that looks a bit like a lift stick

01:15so you can just press it press the red button and yeah don't really work and when i was looking around the internet

01:22i've seen this thing i need that but you know what that's so simple and so plain i like it it's great

01:28i don't actually know who actually made the actual original to that i don't know i don't know who opened it

01:34i read it but as i said i found on a google search i'll type in switches and i'll try to load it up so i can kind of show you

01:43a little bit better not like that but when you're in the windows viewer when you get too close it kind of crashes out like that

01:50so just kind of move around a little bit if you get it perfect day no more you can actually zoom into it

01:57but you need to get it absolutely perfect see like that anyway what i'm trying to do i'm trying to show you the switch

02:04i can't actually in blender i can see if i do if i do one click on the mouse it's yeah that's a bit better

02:13okay so ignore the half of the thing missing here it's not missing it's just the viewer okay so if we go here

02:21this is the door animation it's all on keyframe animation just in case you want to do that you want to play

02:28play it you'll do itself so of course as i said you don't want it to do itself because when it opens it will open

02:35and then as soon as it finishes it will slum shut so yeah so you want to play basically you want to stop it there

02:42and then you want to play in reverse so it'll be the door but anyway regardless of that

02:48my animations are separate so i've got the first animation here which is the switch

02:54of course the door can't open and you notice the first thing you might notice about the door

02:59there's no handle on it there's no handle on the outside and there's no handle on the other side

03:06because it's an electronic door i think it is great so you have to pull the lever

03:13you know look the lever moves but the door don't

03:16so when your character comes along you grab the lever you grab the lever all it is is a box inside the box

03:23move around a cylinder for it very plain very simple i like the simplicity of it so we'll go here

03:31go here so you pull the handle down at this point you would play animation 2

03:38and the door would open just like that now of course if you put it back in

03:44blender you can glue that and that together so it's one animation so until

03:53this goes down this won't open and if you play it in reverse this

03:59will go up until the door closes it's very plain very simple it's a simple

04:04animation it's the same animation on every single one of these except the

04:09only thing I haven't done I haven't animated them just so you know that

04:13because I think at the moment there's nobody inside them so I think I don't need to

04:18animate them because I'm not planning on going inside them because they're all exactly the same so I think as long as I can go inside this one

04:25just so I can come in and get the feel of it

04:28yeah it's kind of great as I said they're not high-tech they're really not but it's put in the game world it will work great

04:34so originally what I was going to do with this this is what I was going to do

04:38originally instead of having a door that opens and closes like that I was going to have the

04:44door so it closed like that I was going to take the switch off it and what I was going to do

04:50just to make the game a little bit kind of different and a bit harder you see you see

04:55the top of the box I was going to actually take the top of the box off and do it the exact same color as the floor

05:01because if you're not going to leave here you see my houses my little huts

05:07they actually I actually made them so I can actually take them and push them down through the floor

05:15so when you're ready first come in this room all you're going to see is a complete empty room full of checkerboards

05:22if you actually take the checkerboard here and put it on the roof of that and push it back down properly and make it level

05:29yeah the whole entire floor looks like that you can't see what's in there

05:35so of course what you can do if you want to do that you can put a lever in the middle of the floor

05:41and then when you press the lever maybe all of them come up together

05:47and maybe all of them go down together or you can have them all separate

05:53so you might be wondering oh I wonder why there's a big empty room with a lever right here

06:00then of course you'll have one right here then one right here and so forth

06:05so if you go okay you've got a big empty room with levers you're not going to actually realize

06:10until you pull the lever and then the actual room comes up out the floor

06:16you say hello prisoner what are you doing you say can you pull the lever and let me out

06:23I think you're there are you crazy I mean I ain't pulling that lever

06:27as I said the prisoner can't get out because as I said there's no there's no door handle on it

06:33yeah in theory you put your fingers underneath the door and you would actually open the door

06:39but in this game you can't put your fingers under the door because there's no gap under the door

06:44and it's electronic so yeah you still can't open it so anyway if you like the Red Bandai content

06:53fantastic this is the Asylum content so I really hope that you like the content as I'm going

07:01I'll say when I start to assemble this all together I'll put the lights in there we'll put the

07:08shadows in there put the misty fog in there put the rubbish in there put the characters in there

07:14yeah put the flowers and plants in there it's going to look totally different it really will

07:20I'll say at the moment everything is brand new because it's all freshly made fresh off the production line
