00:00My favorite part about filming Resident Alien has just been the entire experience.
00:07I've hard, certainly never, ever been on a show for four years.
00:12And it's amazing what happens when you get to really invest in a character and live in
00:19it, although she's a supporting role, just to sort of show up every season and see what
00:28they have in mind for all of the characters, the whole world that Chris Sheridan has built,
00:35which I think is just stunningly amazing.
00:39It's funny.
00:41It's poignant, you know, and I think it's a good dose of what the world needs right now.
00:49I've had such a good time on the show and, you know, there was one season where I had,
00:56I think, eight episodes and I think I made eight trips to Vancouver.
01:00It was hard, you know, just the wear and tear back and forth.
01:04And I would run to Vancouver and then do one scene and then fly home the next day.
01:09But that one scene, I would get to stab a man in the hand with a fork or I would get to do
01:16a show and it would be like, yes, with an emu.
01:20So all of it was fun, you know, just like, okay, why is my character doing this?
01:26But to just let it unfold was so much fun to just like get that script and, you know,
01:34jam through it to see what they had in mind.
01:36So I've loved the journey.
01:38I just think it was lovely and I love the way that they finished my character, you know,
01:44with just a lot of kindness and compassion.
01:47And, you know, that's a nice reward when you've been the straight man the whole show.
