00:00Bristol City's new striker Emil Rees-Jacobsen has said that he is looking forward to getting started under manager Gerhard Struber
00:08and has praised the set-up at the club, including the current training ground at the club users.
00:13It's very nice. It's definitely a top training ground. Looking forward to coming here every day and just work hard.
00:21And you met the gaffer. He's obviously very new here as well. How much are you looking forward to working with him?
00:25Yeah, I talked very shortly to him and he seems like he's got all the right ideas and the right ambitions as well.
00:35He wants to improve what we have and me as a player as well, so I'm looking forward to that.
00:43And many City fans will know a lot about you, but how would you describe yourself as a player?
00:47Quick and being in the right positions in front of the goal. I want to score goals and help the team that way.
00:57And you're here nice and early. How much are you looking forward to the whole of pre-season?
01:01Pre-season is not always the nicest, but it's got to be done and it's nice to be here early, as you said, to have a building with the team.
01:10And, yeah, it'll be good to know all the boys as well.
01:15And now some very sad news to bring you from the world of football, and that is the tragic death of Liverpool forward Diogo Jota,
01:22who has been killed in a car accident alongside his brother Andre Silva in Spain.
01:28The two were travelling in the early hours of Thursday morning in a Lamborghini,
01:33when, according to a report, a tyre burst, causing the car to veer off-road and set on fire.
01:41Jota was only 28 at the time of his death, with his brother Andre being 26.
01:47Jota had played for Wolverhampton Wanderers and Liverpool during his time in England,
01:52and recently won the Nations League with his native Portugal,
01:56having, of course, also just won the Premier League with Liverpool just last season.
02:00He leaves behind his wife, who he only recently got married to, as well as their three children.
02:06Liverpool and Wolves have paid their respects, as well as several other clubs across this country and, indeed, Europe.
