00:58The National Assembly of Venezuela declared the United Nations High Commissioner Volker Torque

01:39in the United States and forcibly separated from their parents.

01:48silence of authorities such as Volker Torque in the face of the hostilities of global imperialism
01:55promotes the rise of fascism in the world.
02:03The Government of Venezuela revealed Tuesday a new conspiracy plot after dismantling a criminal
02:08network linked to the far-right who sought to generate terrorist acts in the country.
02:14According to the Venezuelan Minister of Interior Justice and Peace, D'Ostal Cabello, the investigation
02:19found unrefutable evidence of the link of the mercenary groups with the far-right.
02:25Cabello also informed that the mercenaries' plan was to take advantage of the conflict between
02:31Iran and Israel and create the matrix of the alleged existence of Iranian missiles in the country
02:37and to ask the United States to attack the Bolivarian nation.
02:42Cabello also said that the far-right was currently planning to attack the water and electricity systems
02:48in Venezuela.
02:55Cabello pointed out that weapons seized during the dismantling of drug gangs could be used
03:00in terrorist attacks.
03:04A large drug trafficking gang has been dismantled, but it was being used for strictly political
03:10purposes.
03:13Those weapons were not intended for drug trafficking.
03:19They were intended for terrorist attacks.
03:22The Venezuelan minister indicated that they are working on alerts about the use of explosives
03:27for hospitals, embassies, public service sites, and attacks against facilities, for example,
03:47to damage a hospital.
03:49It is terrible, but also against people, both leaders of the revolution and opposition leaders.
04:00In Mexico, President Claudia Sheinbaum rejected the treatment of detained migrants in the United
04:05States, adding that to migrate is not a crime and that the migrant community is paramount

04:31The United States was built by migrants.
04:35It is a country that was built by migrants from many parts of the world.
04:46And furthermore, Latin American migrants, especially Mexicans, are very important to the U.S. economy,
04:52as we have been pointing out here, wanting to label a migrant as a criminal, or seeking
05:00the deportation of millions of migrants, as they say, will affect the U.S. economy, looking
05:07at it from their perspective, but it is also a complete violation of human rights.
05:17The Mexican government reiterated Tuesday its request for safe conduct on behalf of
05:22former Ecuadorian Vice President Jorge Glass.
05:25In an official communica issued Tuesday, the Mexican Foreign Ministry said that the diplomatic
05:31asylum granted to Glass in April 2024 was under the pro persona principle of the national
05:37constitution and under its humanitarian tradition to protect politically persecuted individuals.
05:44The government body urged the Ecuadorian government to respect international commitments and guarantee
05:49the safety and health of the former vice president while he is being transferred to Mexico, or
05:55a third country.
05:57Jorge Glass was recently sentenced to 13 years in prison for alleged excessive use of public
06:02funds after serving an eight-year sentence for the so-called Odebrecht case.
06:08The United States has strengthened into a categorical hurricane of Mexico's southern western Pacific coast.

07:22In France, Paris remains on red alert due to the heat wave enveloping parts of Europe.
07:28The National Meteorological Agency declared the highest level of alert in the French capital and 15 other departments
07:35due to temperatures that could reach 41 degrees Celsius in some areas,
07:39as that it is also alerted the total or partial closure of almost 1,350 schools
07:46and imposed significant restrictions on the circulation of polluting vehicles.

08:07The United Nations climate spokesperson warned Tuesday that everyone in Europe is at risk from the extreme heat currently gripping the continent.
08:22Health warnings remain in effect Tuesday in several European countries.

08:40By 2100, France could be up to 4 degrees Celsius warmer with temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius expected.
08:51Every year an extreme heat spikes potentially reaching 50 degrees Celsius.
08:58We are currently under the influence of a strong high pressure system.
09:08This is trapping hot air from northern Africa over the region.
09:14And as we can see, it's having a pretty big impact on the way we feel.
09:19The frequency and intensity of extreme heat events is increasing in Europe.
09:24And by 2050, about half the European population may be exposed to high or very high risk of heat stress during summer.
09:34Why is it happening? Various reasons. One of them is that sea surface temperatures in the Mediterranean are exceptionally high for this time of year.
09:46It's the equivalent of a land heat wave.

15:59The US Agency for International Development, USAID, has been finally shut down Tuesday by the Trump administration after six decades in operation.
16:08The closure was part of the administration's crackdown on the federal government and was one of the prior targets.
16:14of Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency.
16:18According to a study conducted by the Lancet Journal, more than 14 million of the world's most vulnerable people could die as a result of the cut in foreign aid due to the Trump administration's decision.
16:30The USAID was officially created as a mechanism of the US foreign policy to channel direct aid to developing countries.
16:38However, it has also been used by Washington to channel funds for subversive purposes and aggression against third world countries whose governments it disagrees with.
16:53In the United States, after a marathon voting session, the Senate approved on Tuesday President Donald Trump's polemic tax and spending cuts bill.
17:01After a weekend of negotiations and delays, Senate Republicans passed the bill on a narrow 50 to 51 vote broken by Vice President J.D. Vance pushing past opposition from Democrats.
17:14The so-called One Big Beautiful Bill would add $3.3 trillion to the public debt within 10 years according to the Congressional Budget Office.
17:23In addition, the authority informed 12 million people could lose their health insurance by 2034 with the initiative which would cut $1.1 trillion in public health policies.
17:36The legislation, which also includes increased funding for defense and immigration enforcement, will now return to the House where its passage remains to be debated.
17:53As part of his aggressive policies against migration, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, visited Alligator Alcatraz and announced the reopening of the detention center to house undocumented immigrants.
18:05On Tuesday, the U.S. President opened an immigration detention center in the Everglades nicknamed Alligator Alcatraz in the state of Florida as he urged legislators to pass a bill to increase deportations.
18:17According to the head of state, the migrant detention center is indeed surrounded by alligators, crocodiles and pythons.
18:25The bill highlights the White House's actions against the thousands of foreigners residing in the North American country.
18:32The President of the United States, Donald Trump, signed a National Security Presidential Memorandum intensifying unilateral coercive measures against Cuba.
18:45The Presidential Memorandum seeks to further restrict Cuba's access to medical supplies and economic resources in a cruel act against the country.
18:54Additionally, the major aims to end economic practices set to disproportionately benefit the Cuban government.
19:02This will directly impact the army, intelligence and security agencies, as well as other Cuban institutions, by imposing new obstacles to obtaining the resources needed to protect and support the population.
19:15Trump has also recently implemented a new travel ban for U.S. citizens that applies to Cuba.
19:26On his ex-account, Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel denounced recent U.S. governmental actions, noting Washington was activating a new aggressive plan against Cuba to tighten even more the economic blockade.
19:38On his social media ex-express, the United States pursues a new aggressive plan against Cuba, responding to narrow and under-representative interest of the majority in that country.
19:52It further heightens the economic blockade and the goal to cause the greatest damage and suffering possible to the people.
19:59The impact will be felt, but we will not bend.
20:08In this context, the Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez further denounced that the Presidential Memorandum signed by Donald Trump reinforces the policy of aggression and causes harmful effects for the entire Cuban population.
20:21On his ex-account, the head of Cuban diplomacy posted,
20:24The Presidential Memorandum against Cuba, released today by the U.S. government, strengthens the aggression and economic blockade that punishes the entire Cuban people, and it is the main obstacle to our development.
20:38It is a criminal behavior which violates the human rights of an entire nation.
20:51The Bolivarian Alliance for the People of America People's Trade Agreement, ALBA-TCP, condemned the new criminal measures adopted by the President of the United States Donald Trump against the Cuban people.
21:05Through a communique, the organization expressed that the member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the People of America, ALBA-TCP, strongly condemned the reinforcement of aggressions and the economic blockade by the U.S. government against the Republic of America.
21:20Likewise, the document stresses that this new aggression aims at severely affecting all sectors of Cuban society, such as tourism, health, migratory processes, cultural, academic and scientific exchange, access to technology,
21:37and openly declares the tightening of the blockade and the imposition of a change of government, among others, through the reactivation and updating of Donald Trump's Presidential Memorandum No. 5 of 2017.
21:51The communique also indicates that the real objective of the U.S. government is to take over Cuba and control its destiny.
21:59The way to achieve this is to provoke the most severe shortages and maximum suffering of the Cuban population for destabilization purposes.
22:08It further states that the member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance can then, in the strongest terms,
22:15this criminal attack reaffirm their unyielding position in solidarity with the Cuban people and government in their legitimate defense of their independence, freedom and self-determination,
22:27and ratify their commitment to the international peace and security, the promotion of friendly relations among nations, the prohibition of the use of threat or threat of use of force against the territorial integrity of political independence of states and non-interference in their internal affairs.
