- 2 bananas (200g)
- 1 egg
- 100 ml almond milk
-80 g all purpose flour
-1/2 tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt
directions:
1- Mix all the ingredients (crush the bananas with fork hand blender). 2.Cook in frying pan under lid for 20minutes each side. 3.Serve with maple syrup and fruits.
