Neck-deep flooding hits Navotas after dike breaks during high tide

A Facebook Live video posted by Navotas Councilor Neil Cruz shows neck-deep flooding along Celest Street in Barangay San Jose, Navotas City, following a reported dike breach during a 2.1-meter high tide on Saturday, June 28.   According to Cruz, some residents in the submerged area were evacuated by authorities as they wait for floodwaters to recede.
