'Habagat', ITCZ to bring scattered rain showers over parts of Luzon, Mindanao

Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected over parts of Luzon and Visayas due to the southwest monsoon and Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday, June 26.
