00:00If the Pittsburgh Steelers are going to achieve their 2025 goals of winning a Super Bowl

00:04they're going to need some players to step up. Today we break down three players on the verge

00:09of a breakout season in 2025. The first player that needs to be on everybody's radar regarding

00:19a breakout is wide receiver Calvin Austin III. Obviously we've discussed on the channel that he

00:24is going to be the Steelers wide receiver number two barring some big trade or free agent acquisition

00:30and because of that and his second year in Arthur Smith's offense he now has DK Metcalf as the top

00:38option on the perimeter and a Hall of Fame quarterback. There's a real chance that we look up

00:42and Calvin Austin III has a tremendous season for the Pittsburgh Steelers. I'm talking about maybe

00:48over five touchdowns close to a thousand yards just really feeding off of all of the coverage

00:54and attention that DK Metcalf is going to get. The second player to look out for is linebacker

01:00Peyton Wilson. Next to Patrick Queen for another year obviously coming off of his rookie season

01:06Peyton Wilson could be a revelation in the middle of the Pittsburgh Steelers defense.

01:11Landon Roberts is gone and while the team brought in Malik Harrison it is clear that both Patrick

01:17Queen and Peyton Wilson will be the Pittsburgh Steelers starting inside linebacker duo leaving

01:22us to believe that he has a big chance to show up in 2025 and our third and final player to look out

01:29for in terms of a breakout season goes to Broderick Jones at left tackle and if we're just being honest

01:35with Broderick Jones a breakout season for him would just be living up to the standard that he was

01:40drafted to be. That would be the franchise left tackle for Broderick Jones. Obviously a player that the

01:45Steelers have had extremely high hopes for if he fails if he botches yet another year with the

01:52Pittsburgh Steelers not only will he be a bust but you really have to look at the Steelers and Omar Khan

01:57they have done him no services they started him at right tackle inside of left tackle and now after

02:03two whole seasons they're finally putting him back to his natural position. So Broderick Jones he needs to

02:10have a breakout year and by having a breakout year I mean just being sustainable at the left tackle

02:16position. So those are three players to look out for. Three players that in all honesty if the

02:21Pittsburgh Steelers are going to reach their goals they're going to need to be very good.
