00:22Obviously, there's other guys that are involved in the deal, which does make it very interesting.
00:28But to me, the reason why I find this interesting is, folks, is the Knicks.

00:35Washington's in a pretty interesting spot right now.
00:39Number one, next year, they're going to have over $100 million coming off the cap, including C.J. McCollum.
00:44I think C.J. McCollum, Mark is smart, and there's some other big ticket guy that come off the books next year for Washington.
00:51But here's how it affects the Knicks.
00:54Picks one through eight are protected.
00:57Meaning, Washington was also traded to New York.
01:01It stayed with Washington because of their picking six.
01:05Next year, it's protected one to eight.
01:07Meaning, if Washington finishes in one through eight, right, in regards to draft picks, they keep the pick.
01:15If it goes later than eight, it goes to the Knicks.
01:19So that makes a very interesting dilemma for Washington folks is, do they attempt to make the playoffs and lose that pick?
01:29Or do they tank again?
01:32You got this kid that's going to BYU next year.
01:38It's a loaded draft class next year.
01:41But when guys are expiring contracts, Washington's going to be a team to watch in regards to trading players, buying out.
01:47Because I don't think there's any way, Pharrell, they want to lose that pick one through eight.
01:51What did you think of the deal that sent Holiday for Simons?
01:56It's funny, Pharrell, there's got to be another move for Boston.
02:02Now, we know that Boston was tied up with the electric tax, and they had to get rid of guys.

02:28So, to me, I thought it was more of getting rid of the salary and then bringing a guy in that they have for one year.
02:37But the other part is, Anthony Simons played the same position as Jalen Brown.
02:42So, are you going to go with another three-guard lineup of maybe Derek White, Anthony Simons, Jalen Brown?
02:51Kind of small right there, especially at the three spot.
02:54I wonder if there's another corresponding move.
02:57Do they move Anthony Simons somewhere else?

03:02Other guy to watch out for Pharrell, Chris Stapps, poor Zingers.
03:05There's rumblings that San Antonio may want to get in the mix.
03:08Because I think San Antonio wants to eventually put someone like a big, a rip protector, kind of like Hartenstein or Derek Lively is to AD or Webinyama,
03:23put a big body or a shot blocking five to protect Webby and make him a really good weak side shot blocker.

03:51And the Knicks didn't want KD.

03:56And the fact that they did not give up Jabari Smith, who said they didn't want to give up,
