00:00I know your other, one of your other props is this Derek Queen guy.
00:06You have him going in the top 10, whereas everyone else has him at 11 or 12 or worse.
00:14I was talking to DeCourcy about this guy.
00:17Loves Queen, but he did say that no team has been interested in him inside the top 10.
00:26He said that to me today.
00:28And you think he's still going top 10?
00:30Folks, I look at things differently.
00:33I look at things as a coach and as how I break things down.
00:37If Brooklyn doesn't make a trade, they need a power forward.
00:40We know that Toronto needs help on the front line.
00:44And so does Phoenix, because especially the fact that they have Ryan Dunn as a three.
00:49I think someone like Derek Queen makes sense in that 8, 9, 10 range because of what teams need.
00:57That's what I look at.
00:58I look at things differently.
00:59I'm not like this whole, like, oh, he does this and his measurables.
01:03I look at me as a coach and say, what do I need to be better tomorrow?
01:07Right?
01:07What do you need to be better tomorrow?
01:09Brooklyn, Toronto, Phoenix, front line help.
01:11That's why I think Derek Queen makes sense in one of those three spots.
01:15I mean, he was an incredible player at Maryland.
01:20Why is he not getting that respect in the talk leading up to the draft?
01:26Like, no one, like, I'm hearing, you know, I agree with you.
01:29I agree with Mike that he's a baller.
01:32There's no doubt the guy balls out.
01:34We watched it in the tournament with our very eyes.
01:37Why is it that no one is talking about him at that level right now going into this draft?
01:43I think because if he doesn't look at six foot nine for all, he doesn't look the explosive dynamite jumper, the athlete.
01:52The guy, for all, I think the guy's very silky smooth.
01:55I think he's extremely skilled for his size.
01:58But also because he's not super bouncy at six, nine, is he a tweener, right?
02:05Is he like, you know, he's not big enough enough to be a four, but not quick enough to be a three.
02:10I don't care.
02:11I think the guy can ball.
02:13I love Derek Queen in the top ten.
02:14Yeah, I can work with that.
02:16Listen to me.
02:17This guy's six, nine.
02:19I don't care what he is.
02:20He's big, and he can ball, and he can pass, and he can shoot.
02:23He's got that clutch gene in him, too.
02:26He wins games.
02:27He wins the ball at the end of the game.
02:29You saw him hit that shot in the tournament with no time left.
02:33He went up with the kiss off the glass.
02:36How can you say that guy's not a baller?
02:38Not you, but people.
02:41Because he doesn't pass the eye test.
02:44Whatever.
02:45You know what?
02:45You know what we pass, folks?
02:48The ball test.
02:50We ball.
02:51We watch.
02:52I coach.
02:52We're all plays.
02:53So we look at things a little bit differently than the,
02:55oh, he only has a vertical leap of this,
02:58and he only can do a shuttle run of this.
03:00The boy can ball, and that's all y'all need to know.
03:03And then the last one.
03:05See?
03:10See?
03:11There.
03:12Yeah.
