00:46well i want to know if uh he's gonna get out of that like that that's the bottom line like

00:53is he gonna win that lawsuit and not have to pay them in a deal he signed what he signed it when

01:00he was underage and stupid or something is that what he's gonna try to use as a crutch he's he says

01:07in the lawsuit or his lawyer says in the lawsuit that there was a lot of illegal activities that

01:12were used by the company to get him to do that deal that are not legal in the state of california

01:18wow and you know and remember he's had his fair share of problems so he he got all that money then

01:26he got busted for juicing and now he's allegedly clean and raking again and he wants his money

01:32and and remember that contract he signed is is fully guaranteed baseball contracts are are fully

01:40guaranteed i mean what a sport you can like in the nfl they can cut you today and not pay you

01:48they give all those contracts in the nfl with guaranteed bonus money signing bonus money

01:53the rest of it they just cut void and say see you later they don't do that in baseball if you get
