00:04the Moore Police Department in Oklahoma.

00:06Officers there, they got an urgent call from a homeowner saying her ex-husband

00:09entered her house without permission and was refusing to leave.

00:14Here's what happened next.

00:21Jason!

00:24I'm in.

00:26She's in.

00:27Jason is the ex-husband whose wife called police after he refused to leave the house.

00:33And yes, he did say he's peeing.

00:36I can't pee with you right there.

00:45Um, I don't know.

00:47I mean, my mom called me, said, uh, a man called and said he had your phone.

00:53So I called her and I said, my mom just called and said a man had my phone.

00:57Uh-huh.

00:58And she goes, yeah.

01:00I was like, well, you want to kick it?

01:01And she's like, no, bye.

01:03Not quite sure where this story's going, but the officers continue to listen.

01:07I mean, I'm having trouble just using the restroom, you know what I mean?

03:41time in a while my blood ran cold when you guys came out on the radio i haven't heard something

03:45like that in a long time no it's funny just 41 year old jason gerard was charged with resisting

03:51breaking and entering and trespassing he also had previous warrants for failure to appear
