00:22losing him for a period of time now you just hit the negative for me that i'm not doing all right

00:28uh listen i like cory seager you know uh as a yankee fan love for him to play for the yankees

00:34but one of his abilities is not availability he's hurt a lot a lot he's not having i know he's

00:40hitting a little bit better than that but he's not tearing it up either here no i'm not trading for

00:43him uh i'm not something i pay full price for him uh i mean you're gonna give me 70 cents on the

00:47dollar we can talk here but you expect me to give you top you know top dollar for him no it's not

00:51happening i'm not giving you somebody i i don't want to lose so if you're i don't want to say giving

00:55away but oh okay that's a pretty good deal i'll do it you know if i have six outfields you want an

01:00outfield that i don't need you know because i still have an extra and i'm not using him anyway

01:04we can talk but i would have to be a position okay i need a shortstop or i need a middle infielder

01:09what is he giving you that you need you know points like okay he might hit some home runs and

01:13you know rotisserie what category is he hitting for you you know what is he doing for you are your

01:18shortstop that bad your middle of things are that bad that you need to give up you know a top

01:22starting pitcher his name value is going to cost too much i'm not trading for him

01:26marcelo zuda of the atlanta braves on a roster that's been extremely disappointing this season

01:32uh offensively i mean i know the braves still have high hopes here george and

01:36it seems like they're still going to press to go for it which does make some sense i mean the team

01:42is built to win right now and built to win next year too they still have all these guys under contract

01:46uh you know look i i guess expectations for marcelo zuda to do what he did last year

01:51probably not realistic but is it realistic that the second half looks better than the first

01:56i think it is uh once again he's a dh uh uh do you need the power that's the only thing you're

02:04getting for is power right do you need power power is kind of easier to find all right i would say

02:08you're probably okay in power uh he's hit 11 home runs so far so what are you hoping for 15 to 18

02:13during the rest of the year you know like i said better than the first and there's more games left so

02:1815 to 18 is that enough uh you wouldn't have to pay uh probably a high high price for him

02:23so that's good the braves do concern me i mean uh sam was around the sweep of the mets who are just

02:28you know this is like all the new york teams are falling apart right now you lost to colorado last

02:32sunday and you didn't show up against miami last night which really can't happen all right now you

02:36want you want me to take you seriously these are games you gotta win all right you gotta beat beat

02:40teams you have to beat they're not doing that very inconsistent uh kuna's been great almost

02:44turning it around riley's starting to hit now i mean ozoda's been okay but once again what are we

02:49looking for here uh he's not a guy i'm giving up anybody i need for because it's only power he's

02:54supplying me which is valuable but it's not as valuable as it used to be it's easier to find

02:58cam smith is an intriguing name george because he was the hot name in spring training he was that rookie

03:06that was on fire that was moving up draft boards and made the team out of the spring and then got off to

03:13a really slow start so when you see these numbers here george 275 home runs and 27 runs driven in

03:20you may be what you know what's all this discussion about a player that's really not impactful but now

03:24take a look at what he's done in june and the fact that he's starting to play every day and you see

03:29the confidence that the organization is starting to show with him i mean i gotta tell you if you're

03:34finding a team that's near the bottom looking for a spark and you can get this guy for the rest of

03:39the year seems like he's figured it out a little bit once again what's he doing for you what are we

03:47looking for here i mean i think he's more of a keeper league or dynasty guy that i'd be looking

03:51for not so much a uh a yearly league well i mean what's he helping in average no you know it's help

03:57it's nothing that's going to do it dramatically stolen bases no he's never been a stolen base guy

04:01uh power no so what are you doing for me what are you doing for me you know i just don't see it

04:07i think you're hoping for uh more of the future that he can't hit one of those categories that

04:10bring you one there he is an outfielder to me he's just more of a filler you know we're not gonna

04:15have four great outfielders all right and a dh you're not you're gonna need fillers that can't

04:19hurt you so in that case yeah i do like the fact that he's not gonna hurt you on average but the

04:23counting numbers aren't going to be there also ashley's are playing so well i expect them to go for it

04:29they're gonna add maybe uh they're gonna add his position he's not gonna play much in the second

04:32half as they go into the playoffs uh astros do have the third best record in the american league

04:36half game behind the yankees
