In an exclusive interaction with India Today, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu endorsed Prime Minister Modi’s message on Yoga, saying it can bring peace to the world by reducing violence. He noted that people in Visakhapatnam are increasingly incorporating yoga into their daily lives. On the ongoing Israel-Iran conflict, Naidu stressed that war is not the solution and emphasised the need for dialogue and peace.

04:28Remember, this comes amidst several other, you know, countries there who have opted to remain silent.

04:54This especially comes as a mark on the International Yoga Day.
04:57Today is the 11th International Yoga Day that is being celebrated across the world.
05:01And as a part of these celebrations is where Prime Minister Narendra Modi had arrived here in Vishakhapatnam,
05:08where he had partook early in the morning across, you know, Vishakhapatnam Beach,
05:12that 26 kilometers stretched wide, where over 5 lakh people had arrived,
05:18yoga enthusiasts and common public as well to partake in the International Yoga Day,
05:22Yoga Andhra 2025, a celebration that took place early this morning.
05:27As a part of that, Prime Minister also, you know, reiterated about how yoga brings peace,
05:32and yoga is the way of life for both mental and physical capabilities for a person,
05:38is what Prime Minister has said.
05:40And just on those lines as well, we see now Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Narachandra Babu Naidu
05:44also endorsing the statement, talking about how reiterating every person must at least take
05:49one hour off from his schedule in a day to make time for himself or herself
05:55to ensure that they can get clarity and get mental peace.

06:15and connecting the different sections of society.
