00:00In the kitchen of this restaurant are Mohammed and Ali, two 24-year-old Iranians.

00:06Since the start of the war, as soon as their shift ends, they rush to their phones to check the news.

00:12This is the hospital in Karamechong.

00:14Their faces cannot hide the worry the bombing causes.

00:17They try and reach their little sister who lives in the south of the country.

00:22Salah!

00:22You can see the fear in my sister's eyes.

00:31There's nothing we can do.

00:32We're a long way from home and the only thing we can do is watch videos.

00:35We watch them and watch the different channels and we're more worried.

00:39It's the same for this Iranian artist who's been in France for 15 years.

00:44Her father lives in the capital, which has been hit hard by Israeli strikes.

00:48Some residents are thinking of leaving and taking refuge in neighbouring towns.

00:56People are queuing up at petrol stations to head for the countryside.

01:02They're doing this under a great deal of stress to try and ensure their security.

01:07Despite the intensification of the bombardments, her father has no plans to leave.
