00:00And I think that alignment, as I've said, is very important and stability.
00:05I'm also very much aware of the ruthlessness of football management.
00:10And in order to grow, you have to get results.
00:13Final one for me, because I'm sure there'll be lots of questions here.
00:16There wasn't universal joy when your name was put out by the club to be the new head coach, the new manager.
00:25Winning games is the simple way to win everyone over.
00:27What's your plan regarding that?
00:30And how did you feel you were welcomed by the fan base?
00:34I think, like all management, I think it's very much dependent on what lanes you're looking through.
00:41You know, if you're a Dundee supporter and you're looking for a manager with a history of producing titles and winning honours,
00:50then I'm not your man.
00:52I'm perfectly honest, I'm not your man.
00:54I've not demonstrated that as yet.
00:56I hope I can demonstrate that moving forward.
00:59But my career today doesn't suggest that.
01:04But certainly from a development perspective, certainly from creating a style of play and a way that performs,
01:11I've demonstrated that over the course.
01:13And I'd like to think that the four or five years that I've had out of football, not just education within Brentford as a club,
01:20but I've also been working on my university degree, all of those in the mix, I hope, brings a different type of leadership than I gave before.
01:30And, you know, hopefully with that leadership, we can bring some form of success.
01:36I love you.
01:36You're okay.
01:37You're welcome.
