00:12has a pedigree. He's, like I said, taken Blackpool up via the League One playoffs. You can make your

00:19own assumptions about how difficult an achievement that actually is. To actually keep them in the

00:24championship, I think that's probably what you'd have to say is the biggest achievement of his

00:28career. Getting the QPR job, again, I've spoken enough about them, but to be given that job,

00:35that was on merit. He was assistant manager at Aston Villa, a club who are now in the Champions

00:40League and had some struggles in the Premier League under Steven Gerrard, obviously. Again,

00:44that experience that you'll have gotten as a coach at Liverpool, that really will be the thing

00:49that's given him a strong basis to build off of. I get that you have to respect the analytics,

00:55but I don't think anyone saw this name. Certainly anyone at heart, behind the scenes,

00:59saw this name, looked at it and went, oh, really? I'm not sure about him. They might have looked at

01:04it and went, OK, yeah, I can see what this guy brings to the table. And looking at the

01:08analytics and going, yeah, I think it's worth a shot.
