Ben Emms from Elders Emms Mooney gives an update on the sale.
Transcript
00:00A good yarding of cattle here today, Carcall, had sold to solid treads throughout.
00:05One of the things that does stand out, weight is getting harder and harder to find.
00:10So any good old white, black ladies in particular, but any of the cars, mid-300s, they certainly sold for premium.
00:17A couple feet long lines here, trying to secure those.
00:20Late 470s, almost 490 a kilo.
00:25I think probably about $1840 or $50 in set the lead of the cars for about 370 or 80 kilos.
00:33But right throughout, $470 to $475, I suppose, which had only what all the cars made today.
00:42The big run of the Mylora cars, which were the feature of the sale here today, was 500-odd steers in the run.
00:48$4.80, I think they averaged right through the entire run of cars.
00:52So, which was very strong.
00:55Heifers, again, sold to solid treads again today, $4 a kilo.
01:01Late threes to just over $4 a kilo is a general run there.
01:06So, everything positive, yeah.
01:07And, not being proud, but borders and, you know, local and going to the north.
01:14So, yeah, solid.
01:15So, yeah.
01:16Let's do it.
01:17Yeah.
