Sofala, a small settlement in NSW, was renamed Tasman for a day in honour of Kia's newest vehicle.

00:18The biggest thing is just saying thank you to the town
00:20and the Bathurst Council just to be so supportive of this.
00:23They've made the process very easy.
00:25It's been a huge build that it's come together and we're really happy with it.
00:28Sofala is known for gold and its history and the fact that it's the oldest surviving gold town remaining in Australia.
00:35So that's important.
00:37It's also known today for its beautiful surrounding countryside and quirky, craggy nature
00:43and the things that you can do for tourism near it and in it.
