00:00An Air India Boeing airplane carrying 232 passengers and 12 crew members bound for London has crashed during takeoff.
00:10The UN's nuclear watchdog finds Iran guilty of not complying with its nuclear obligations for the first time in 20 years.
00:21Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez apologises to the public after one of his top aides is implicated in a corruption case.
00:30An Air India plane bound for London's Gatwick airport has crashed during takeoff.
00:43The incident happened at India's Ahmedabad airport on Tuesday.
00:48232 passengers and 12 crew members were on board.
00:52These included 169 Indian nationals, 53 British nationals, 1 Canadian and 7 Portuguese, according to the airline.

01:14Authorities say that the Boeing 787-8 plane crashed in a civilian area near the airport

01:34For the first time in 20 years, Iran has been found non-compliant with its nuclear obligation
01:46by the United Nations Nuclear Watchdog, IAEA.
01:50The agency's Board of Governors passed a resolution on Thursday
01:55approved by 19 countries with Russia, China and Burkina Faso voting against.
02:00The resolution follows a long-running investigation into uranium traces found at multiple locations in Iran,
02:09sites Tehran has not declared as part of its nuclear program.
02:13In the resolution, the IAEA expressed concern over Iran's failure to explain the presence of the uranium
02:20and called for full cooperation without delays with its inspectors.
02:24In response, Iran announced on Thursday that it will build a new uranium enrichment facility,
02:31saying it will be developed in a secure location.
02:35The National Council of Resistance of Iran welcomed the news.

02:44All the six UN Security Council resolutions should be reactivated.

03:30The decision comes amid an apparent impasse in U.S.-Iran nuclear talks,

03:41The U.S. State Department on Wednesday announced it would be partially evacuating personnel
03:46from the U.S. embassy in Baghdad to keep Americans safe, both home and abroad.
