Los Angeles, California, (USA) June 10, 2025 (ANI): Family members of workers detained during an ICE raid at a downtown Los Angeles warehouse on Friday (June 6) gathered Monday morning (June 9) for a press conference demanding the release of their loved ones. The families and community members held signs outside the Ambiance Apparel warehouse where the arrests took place. Several relatives described the arrests, including Yuriel Romero, who spoke about her father. Elaina Sophia Jung Jee Vermeulen, a fellow with the California Collaborative for Immigrant Justice, was also present at the PC. Earlier on June 09, LAPD officers lined up on a downtown street wielding batons and tear gas rifles on protestors.
