03:12This type of case is a good result that, from a seemingly inconspicuous revenue protection stop,

03:23that we found previous issues with this customer's purchase history.

03:28Able to uncover prolonged wrongdoing, risking hefty back payments and a criminal record.

03:35The customer paid their out-of-court settlement and that case is now concluded.

03:42Investigators prove that these fraudulent schemes just aren't worth the gamble.
