00:04The government says its spending review won't mean a return to austerity, but some budgets will be squeezed.
00:10Minister Sir Chris Bryant told Times Radio that investment is continuing, especially in defence and health.
00:16He said change is needed across public services to ensure value for money,
00:20but warns some areas of spending will be much more stretched and face tough choices.
00:26Mike Ashley's Fraser's Group is eyeing a possible takeover of Revolution Beauty.
00:30The troubled retailer says Fraser's is among several firms doing due diligence.
00:34Revolution put itself up for sale last month after a mystery approach,
00:38but it warns there's no guarantee Fraser's will make a firm offer.
00:42Healthcare firm Totally has gone into administration after failing to find a buyer for the whole business.
00:47The Derby-based group once ran the NHS 111 support line until earlier this year.
00:51Its key services, including urgent care and well-being, have been sold to PHL Group.
00:56Administrators from Ernst & Young have now taken control of the company.
