00:12Scott Steiner takes on Mr. Hughes this morning on the Power Hour.

00:30Wrestling fans, the following feature, Confrontation. It is set for one fall.

00:53Hello. Introducing first, he is accompanied by former heavyweight champion Harley Race

01:00from Kansas City, weighing 375 pounds, the bodyguard, Mr. Hughes.

01:12This should be a great way to kick off the Power Hour this morning.

01:15Mr. Hughes returns to TBS later today on WCW to meet PN News.

01:23Should be a great battle, those super heavyweights.

01:27And here come the Steiner brothers.

01:31And ladies and gentlemen, his opponent, accompanied to the ring by his brother Rick

01:37from Detroit, Michigan, weighing 264 pounds, Scott Steiner.

01:48Scott Steiner, currently ranked number five in the WCW top ten, to take on the huge Mr. Hughes.

01:58But I don't think that Scott's brother Rick will be allowed to stay at ringside.

02:05Race has a manager's license. Rick Steiner does not.

02:08And there's the 360 to 375 pound athlete, Mr. Hughes.

02:22And I don't think Mike Atkins has a lot of, he can do about

02:26pretty much a book rule, as they say.

02:34And Grace, very adamant that the referee did enforce the rule as it is written to the letter.

02:45And obviously, it certainly gives Scotty something else to think about,

02:50as if Mr. Hughes weren't enough.

02:52As I mentioned later today, we've got a great broadcast on WCW.

02:57It'll be Mr. Hughes and P.E. and News going one-on-one.

03:02And Scott has found himself here on Saturday morning in a rather precarious position.

03:11We're going to be showing you tonight also some exclusive footage

03:14what happened recently between Sting and Ravishing Rick Rude.

03:19It needs an explanation, and I'll do that in the hour.

03:22As Scotty Steiner

03:23must use his agility here.

03:27Oftentimes, it's the other way around.

03:29It's the other wrestler that must use his agility on Scott Steiner

03:32because Steiner's so strong.

03:34Steiner does not have a big strength advantage on Mr. Hughes.

03:38He's outweighed 100 pounds.

03:39So, Scotty needs to perhaps use a single-leg, double-leg takedown.

03:47But basic wrestling moves to Matt Restless, huge man.

03:51And now we'll have a test of strength.

03:56Steiner with a nice move there.

03:59Using his leverage and power to get underneath Mr. Hughes.

04:02Race encountered some great amateurs when he was the world's heavyweight champion

04:09and went on to become great pros, namely Jack Briscoe,

04:15who that man had some legendary battles with.

04:19Briscoe, of course, was an All-American at Oklahoma State University

04:22and a native of Blackwell, Oklahoma.
