00:00President Trump is deploying 2,000 National Guard troops to Los Angeles, escalating a stand-up with California state government.

00:07The move follows clashes on Saturday between protesters and federal immigration agents in the city of Paramount.

00:17Agents in riot gear used tear gas while some demonstrators threw rocks after a week of immigration sweeps that saw over 100 arrests.
