The Auburn Tigers have their backs against the wall as they fell to Coastal Carolina 7-6 in extra innings in Game 1 of a best-of-three in the NCAA Super Regional.

00:00Yeah, congrats to Coastal.

00:03Flukie was as advertised and Carbone, those two guys we knew we would

00:07potentially see tonight and they threw great.

00:10We got down and the two big swings by Pato were absolutely a difference in the game.

00:19But I really was impressed with our guys.

00:22That was the first time we had trailed here, it seems like, in the postseason.

00:25And kind of worked back, got that thing 6-3, the rain delay.

00:29I thought we'd come out ready to play.

00:31So I give our guys a lot of credit.

00:33Got it back tied and I thought Myers threw about 30 pitches or so

00:37and then the weather delay settled the game for us a second.

00:41And this young man to my right here threw three beautiful innings for us

00:46after throwing a little bit Tuesday to our hitters.

00:49So we're down in the game and he has a huge moment for us

00:52and gives us three strong innings.

00:53And, of course, bow down their leadoff guy, hit the big home run

00:58and we had a chance in the bottom of the ninth there

01:01and didn't push it across the finish line.

01:03And we're going to have to pick one of those moments of execution there

01:07to finish it off against a team that's now won 22 games in a row.
