00:00Okay, see, still a hefty favorite, but now that price has been slashed in half.
00:04It is minus 330.
00:07J.Y., your prediction entering game number one yesterday, as we asked you,
00:11was the Thunder in five.
00:13That could still happen as the oddsmakers even have that price lower than plus 300.
00:20But Indiana winning game one last night,
00:23what does that do to your overall outlook for the rest of the NBA Finals?
00:26Do I need to say a prayer that Oklahoma City wakes up
00:32and Indiana can't find that glass slipper?
00:36It's crazy because I was talking to a friend and they were like,
00:39why do you keep discounting the Pacers?
00:41I'm like, because this is a different animal.
00:44Or is it?
00:45So to me, it's just a matter of Oklahoma City is going to rebound.
00:52Listen, 1-1.
00:53Calvin turned the series that I think may be minus 350, minus 400.
00:57So this is kind of more in line of what I thought maybe should have been.
01:01Too much disrespect given to Indiana pre-series.
01:05But I do expect an adjustment made.
01:07I'm going to be honest.
01:08I was on with Kevin last night doing game time decisions, Ben.
01:11And I did not like Mark Dagnall changing his starting lineup right there before
01:18and going with I think it was Kaysan Wallace who started lineup over Isaiah Hart.
01:24And here's why.
01:27I believe the biggest advantage, in my opinion, Oklahoma City has
01:32is going double big because if you go double big, you force Siakam to go guard Chet
01:41because you obviously know that Miles Turner's got to guard Hartenstein.
01:44And then you create something in the backcourt where you go at Tyrese Halliburton
01:49or go against him who is undersized.
01:52By going small, then it allows the shifting of the lineup a little bit
01:58that allows everyone to be in place.
02:01So I thought that was almost like you play to your strength first
02:06rather than go to the other team's strength.
02:08I think that's a critical mistake that I thought that Mark Dagnall did.
02:12Now, it got Isaiah Hart inside unlocked and got him going a little bit
02:16because he was obviously, his numbers were way too low in his props.
02:19But I still think at the end of the day, you do what got you there.
02:24Don't change it.
02:25If you want to make a change, Coach, change it after game one.
02:28Change it after game two.
02:29Don't change it an hour before the series in this changing of your starting lineup.
02:34Now we take a look at the series prices here on the Fan Blue Sportsbook
02:37because yesterday we're chiming in that minus 750 is the minus 700s now
02:41after a victory for the Indiana Pacers.
02:42Coach, we're finding the Oklahoma City Thunder here at a minus 330 price
02:46and a plus 265 price for the Indiana Pacers.
02:49Still a heavy favorite for the Thunder with expectations of a heavy game number two favorite.
02:54How do we see the series playing out now?
02:56Now that we saw the Indiana Pacers steal game number one, a wake-up call for the Thunder,
03:00is there a chance to buy in on either one of these sides with these price points for you?
03:05Well, I think what's going to happen, Donnie, is it's all going to depend on how game two looks.
03:08If you want to go ahead and take the minus 330 on Oklahoma City, okay.
03:12A, you know, probably playing a series spread, but if Oklahoma City goes to what they did like they did in Denver in game two,
03:19when they won by like 40 points, up 140 points, you know, on them,
03:24you're going to see that market shift because it's going to be a kind of a what you have done for me lately.
03:28Obviously game three becomes a critical game because now this is where Oklahoma City can take back home court advantage here,
03:35and Indiana has not been as strong as home as they have been on the road.
03:39So to me, if you want to jump on right now with Oklahoma City Thunder, it would be now because if they win impressively,
03:45the numbers should shift again in their favor as they even up the series, particularly, Donnie,
03:51if they're impressive in their outcome.
03:53I think you're going to get a better play overall and more of a closing angle of Oklahoma City rather than letting Indiana back in the game.
04:01You throw the punch, keep punching throughout the fourth quarter instead of letting yourself off the gas
04:06and allowing the team really to go six of ten from three in the fourth quarter.
04:09I just don't see that happening in game two.
