01:43do you give the edge to edmonton so edmonton obviously played well last year and obviously some

01:49of the games that they lost were still decided very closely and when you look at the entire series

01:53overall edmonton actually outscored the panthers now some of those games that they won you know

01:58eight one they're winning you know five two whatever it might be that's why we would see them you know

02:02outscoring the series but the system that they have is even more refined this year compared to

02:07where it was last year i know that they lost zach hyman and that is a big loss for the oilers but

02:11i believe we'll see someone like corey perry step up so this series comes down to i think really one

02:16player that's gonna be stewart skinner the goalie for the oilers i think the forwards will be fine

02:20on both sides the defense will be fine on both sides sergey babroski will be fine for the panthers

02:24but stewart skinner is the key piece in this so what they did last year they're going to learn from

02:28the first three games they can't be falling behind you know down oh three and the refinements that

02:33they made in those last or the last four games i should say for the oilers to you know force a game

02:37seven that's what we'll see from the jump this year so we have the top end talent we have the system

02:42in front of stewart skinner and if he plays at the level that he did in the most recent series

02:46the oilers will come away with a victory so edmonton you expect to hoist lord stanley's cup

02:52on home ice potentially or they at least have home ice advantage vecchio would you just lay the minus

02:58122 for the outright price on the oilers how would you approach edmonton winning a stanley cup from

03:05the betting odds perspective obviously the the minus 122 is a super fair line i think you could

03:10certainly play that and this is the situation where it's like i don't have all my eggs in one

03:14basket but i do have the oilers to win 4-2 at plus 500 and the oilers to win uh four to three direct

03:20series outcomes at plus 400 so 500 400 for those two i will eventually have a small piece on the

03:25oilers i honestly want to see them lose game one just therefore i'll get a better series price and

03:30i will still have these two active and again what i always talk about it always leaves you hedging

03:33opportunities okay the panthers win we can look to buy back in after game three four whatever it might be

03:38so that's what i want to see i will take them on the series price i do think they get it done

03:42history is uh you know whatever determined to repeat itself or whatever sydney crosby lost his

03:47first stanley cup won his second gretz gretzky lost his first stanley cup won his second and mcdavid

03:51is on the path to do the same thing and carter mcdavid last year vecchio won the con smite for the

03:57playoff mvp despite his team not winning the stanley cup you expect edmonton to win and carter mcdavid is now

04:05an even money plus 100 favorite to win the con smite is that a playable price on mcdavid or would

04:11you look elsewhere in those con smite trophy odds so i do have a position on bob broski at uh three

04:17and a half to one from a couple weeks ago that i spoke about with with uh carver when we were just

04:21doing some nhl today but i i do think mcdavid will win if the others win mcdavid's going to win

04:25if the panthers win it it will be bob broski so you could play those obviously you are getting better

04:29series prices if you were just to play bob broski straight up and again you would be playing

04:33mcdavid straight up they win it he wins it it's a better price it's not a massive differential but

04:37i think they are totally fine at this point game one on wednesday in edmonton unlike last year it's

04:43the oilers now with home ice advantage throughout the stanley cup final and vecchio we know how

04:49offensive edmonton has been throughout this playoff run total is six and a half the oilers a slight

04:55money line favorite for game number one of the cup final on wednesday night how does this series

05:17again the five and a half are tough because the team loses you know they're losing three to two and

05:21then the empty net then it's four two and you end up losing so if we're gonna be getting six and

05:24halves to start we can start playing unders and then if five and a half shifts then we talk about live
