Kolkata, June 02, 2025 (ANI): West Bengal BJP general secretary Agnimitra Paul on June 02 thanked Bar Council for supporting Sharmistha Panoli. She also alleged that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata government “only works for the Muslims, not for Hindus’. “I thank the Bar Council and Kangana Ranaut (for standing by Panoli). Every Indian, Hindu and nationalist Muslim must stand against this injustice... We have seen so many posts from West Bengal lately abusing India, PM Modi, our Goddess Maa Kamakhya, after Operation Sindoor, but no action was taken...It is a clear message from the Mamata government that if you are a Hindu or a Muslim who is abusing or saying something against Muslims, you will not be spared, but if it is the opposite, no action will be taken... Hindus of West Bengal also need to rise; they are sleeping under the cloud of secularism. We need to have a neutral government...The police of the state today only see a religion... No action was taken against Anubrata Mondal, a TMC leader who abused a police officer... The Mamata government only works for the Muslims, not for Hindus...,” said Agnimitra Paul.

01:32That, oh, everything is okay. Even after Bangladesh, even after, you know, Pahlgaon. Hindus of West
01:39Bengal and the Rashtrawa, the Muslims of West Bengal, the Sikhs, the Christians, everybody needs to wake up.
01:46We want a government who is neutral. There has, there has to be one law, not two kinds of laws.
01:52One for an appeasement law for the Muslims and one to corner the Hindus. This will not be tolerated.
01:59Also, Bar Council of India, Mishra accuses the West Bengal government and the Kolkata police regarding her arrest.
02:08The Bar Council of India, Mr. Mishra very rightly said, you know, and during CPM's time, during the left rule, we have seen politicization within the police force also.
02:21But today, you know, we are seeing police are only active seeing the dharma, seeing the religion.
02:29It is so unfortunate. You know, when Anubrata Mandal, a criminal of Birbhoom, very close to Mamata Banerjee, is talking against abusing women,
02:41especially Hindu women, you know, the mother and wife of a police officer, no action has been taken.
02:49And, in the same way, you see, Sharmishta, who is a Hindu girl, who have, you know, made an offensive post against the Muslims, she has been arrested and put to jail custody.
03:01So, very clearly, in West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee is working, Mamata Banerjee's government is working only for the Muslims.
03:10She is there only for 33% Muslims. She is not there for the Hindus. It is very, very clear message.
03:17And we have been seeing this for the last 15 years. You don't become a, you know, Hindu supporter only once you make a Jagannath cultural center.
03:29You don't become a, you know, Hindu supporter by that. You, if you are a good ruler, if you are a good administrator, you need to have equal rules for everybody.
03:39And whoever is unjust or whoever is doing a crime, equal punishment should be given to everybody. But here, it is only Muslim appeasement.
