00:00Sunderland head coach Jadis Labrise has stressed the importance of a fast start from his side in their play-off final against Sheffield United at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
00:11The Black Cats go into the game knowing that a victory would see them return to the Premier League for the first time since 2017, but a loss would see them remain in the Championship.
00:22Labrise was keen to point out that dealing with the emotions on the day will be very important for Sunderland and making sure that they settle down into the occasion.
00:33Yes, we have to be cold, it's really important and the two previous games against Coventry were useful for that because the semi-finals were really tense.
00:45Yes, so two other experiences for a young team and the third one, we know that it's just one leg, so 90 minutes, maybe 120.
01:02So mistakes, the consequences of mistakes are always more important in this game, so yeah, it would be tough.
01:11And Newcastle United head coach Eddie Howe has made very clear that his side know exactly what they need to do in their final game of the Premier League season at home to Everton
01:21as they go in search of a Champions League qualification place within the Premier League's top five.
01:27A win for the Magpies would all but secure their place in Europe's elite club competition for next season.
01:33Yeah, I think my mood is always the same after we lose, I'm disappointed, I'm frustrated and it takes me time to sort of get out of that way of thinking.
01:47I think I will look back with positivity from the game, and I know I will because there was so much good to take from it.
01:56Yeah, I think when you then look on to the next game and we know what we have to do and it's not going to be easy, but our home form has been strong.
02:05We've really enjoyed playing there.
02:08The players are used to big games, there'll be none bigger than this, and I'm sure the Newcastle supporters will make it an unbelievable atmosphere for us.
