00:00The plan is to move forward as as we expected. That was a very productive meeting at the White House.
00:12It's great to have a president that is so directly engaged when it happens in the other branch of government over here in the legislative branch.
00:18It was a collection of leaders from the House and most of them Freedom Caucus leaders and we had a good discussion.
00:24I think we're in a very good place. I think that all of our colleagues here will really like this final product and I think we're going to move forward.
00:31The plan is to reconvene. Well, rules are still going, aren't they? Yeah, they're setting the record in rules committee.
00:37Whenever they're wrapped, we will have a manager's amendment presented that will have just some of these minor details.
00:42You will all be surprised. There's not much changing here because the underlying product we thought was so so well done.
00:48So we will do that and move that through the rules and then the we will decide whether the vote will be tonight.
00:54The passage of the rule followed by final passage on the bill or tomorrow morning and we're excited.
00:59I believe we are going to land this airplane.
01:01But House Freedom Caucus members wanted major changes to this bill.
01:05You will see how all of this is resolved, but I think we can we can we can resolve their concerns and it'll be probably some combination of work by the president in these areas as well as here in Congress.
01:19And so executive orders, there may be executive orders relating to some of these issues in the in the in the near future.
01:26And, you know, this is a commitment the president has made.
01:28He wants to go after fraud, waste and abuse.
01:30He wants to make government leaner and work more efficiently and effectively for the people.
01:35The America First agenda is wrapped up into this one big, beautiful bill.
01:38And that's why we call it that.
01:39And I believe it's going to be, as I've been saying for a long, long time, you've all heard me say, I think it will be one of the most consequential pieces of legislation that Congress has ever passed.
01:47And it's going to do great things for every American.
