Mikey Osborne Headway challenge

Mikey is taking on the challenge of cycling as far as he can for the charity Headway. He is severely disabled following drug misuse.

00:00Hello, so I'm Linda Bella, my team is Kara and we are today here trying to raise money for headway.

00:10These people with brain injury try to put awareness to people that they exist and they are looking for some help.

00:19So Mikey decided that he wants to bring this awareness to people and he wants to raise as much money as he can so far by himself,

00:27just like talking to his friends. He managed to collect £600 which is brilliant. We are hoping for £1,000 so two fingers crossed.

00:37Absolutely. So he has been working very hard. The last four hours that you have been cycling?

00:43One o'clock, yeah, with no break. He just keeps going. He is very focused about reaching his goal and doing as much money as he only can.

00:53So he is doing fantastically right now. Excellent. I understand that there is a little bit of competition going on as well.

00:59So you have got the BH Live as well as Mikey himself. Between Mount Button and Headway, but obviously Headway is going to win.
