00:00I mean, do you think this is really a good start on a humanitarian level, or do you think it's more for political gain?
00:09So the theme so far through this episode seems to be cynicism.
00:14I would say, let's start with the humanitarian situation. It's fantastic news, right?
00:19I think that there are tens of thousands of Palestinians who are on the verge of dying of starvation.
00:24And if something can be done, finally, to help them get food, that's a good thing.
00:29I'm not going to knock that.
00:31But I think we also have to look at what's motivating this move by Benjamin Netanyahu.
00:40And I want to talk a little bit about an article that appeared a week ago in the New York Times.
00:47I like the New York Times, but I'm not the biggest fan of their coverage when it comes to Gaza.
00:51But they had a story where they were quoting anonymous sources in the Israeli defense ministry talking about that they themselves, on the Israeli side, were seeing that there is a real chance of starvation by thousands of Palestinians.
01:09And what this shows is that there is a real rift that's starting to develop within the Israeli military.
01:18So Benjamin Netanyahu is losing part of his military because they are not necessarily blindly siding with what he's doing.
01:26So when he's doing it, he's doing it for a long time.
01:36So by the way, he's doing something that seems to be worth the last time.
01:45And it's that there is a real time for him.
01:45So I think that the city is the state, you know, if you know, it's all the time for us.
01:48So I think that there's some sort of thing.
01:48So I think that there's some sort of thing that I think that he's doing it for you.
