Taiwan's badminton players brought home 5 medals at the final day of the World University Games. Men’s singles star Ting Yen-chen defeated France’s Enogat Roy to secure Taiwan’s fifth gold of the games. In mixed doubles, Taiwan swept the podium, with Yang Chu-yun and Wu Hsuan-yi taking gold while their compatriots claimed silver and bronze. Women’s doubles duo Jheng Yu-chieh and Sung Yu-hsuan earned silver after a three-set face-off with China’s Li Qian and Wang Yiduo.
