00:00Let's focus here on the Tigers here for a minute.

00:04Right now, they're 31-17, Matt, on the season.

00:07They've got the best pitching in baseball, but don't look now.

00:10The Twins are now on their heels at 26-21.

00:14Do you think it's a three-team race here, four-team race?

00:17I know the White Sox certainly not going to be in the mix at the end.

00:21Yeah, it's always sad when we talk about these divisions

00:23where there's just one team that is lagging behind.

00:26But, no, yeah, I think as of right now, you can look at it as a four-team race.

00:31I don't – you know, the Guardians, they're there kind of in record,

00:34but I don't know if necessarily they're going to be there at the end.

00:38But they're there right now, and they have talented players,

00:41so you can't write them off completely.

00:42But certainly I think looking at it, the Tigers are the best team.

00:46You mentioned the pitching.

00:47That's unimpeachable.

00:49The hitting is very solid, too.

00:50They're just a complete team.

00:52They have, you know, the best pitcher.

00:54They have a lot of – just all the ingredients you want.

00:57They obviously were there last year, too.

00:59They have that experience and that drive.

01:01So I think they're the best team.

01:02I personally think they're going to win the division.

01:05But you can't count out the Twins and the Royals with the pitching they have.

01:09It's very solid, and it obviously overshadows their hitting,

01:12which hasn't been great this year for either team.

01:15Now the Twins have gotten going a bit during their long winning streak

01:17that just recently ended.

01:20You know, the problem with the Twins is always the health.

01:22When you look at their lineup, you say, well, the best hitters can't stay healthy.

01:27We obviously saw a situation last week where two of those guys got hurt

01:30on the same play.

01:31So that's the Twins, and I think Twins fans – I'm up in Twins country.

01:35Twins fans know that up here, and you're kind of always waiting

01:38for the other shoe to drop.

01:39But with the pitching being as good as it has been,

01:41as long as that stays healthy, that's going to keep them in ballgames.

01:44I think they can make a playoff push,

01:45and I feel a lot of the same feelings toward the Royals

01:49and their best player, their MVP candidate caliber player.

01:53He's not a guy you worry about getting hurt.

01:55So the Royals, I think, are going to be solid too.

01:57But the Tigers are the best team in that division,

01:59and I think they're going to prove that here over the course of the summer.
