00:00I can't say where I actually live, there's a litter problem, but certainly on the main, the high streets around where I live, there's a litter problem.
00:11I think compared to some cities, I think Liverpool does struggle with litter.
00:17But I have noticed actually the city centre today seems to be cleaned.
00:21It's got a serious litter problem. Where I live on County Road, it's fun of it.
00:25In the local areas, I think a lot of people are confused because of the type of bins that they're given.
00:32The different areas have got a different system where there's underground bins, local, and then some have got the larger commercial bins.
00:41When you're walking through a pile of litter, dropping a crisp packet or a cup is not an issue because it's like, well, I'm just out and see where it doesn't matter.
00:49But being that first one, and it notices people will pick up on it if you are the first one.
00:56We need to get that. We need to get that mentality.
