During remarks on the Senate floor Monday, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) spoke about Trump's nomination of Frank Bisignano to lead the Social Security Administration.

00:24Mr. Bisgnano has zero experience in government or with Social Security,

00:28but he has plenty of experience in cutting jobs and downsizing.

01:27that Donald Trump's chaos is made possible thanks to the complicity of Senate Republicans.

01:33They could stop the attacks by Doge if they wanted.

01:36They could haul terrible nominees if they wanted.

01:38But every Senate Republican,

01:42who has a chance to side with the American people,

01:45instead sides with Donald Trump.

01:47They're doing it again with Mr. Bisgnano's resignation.

01:50The Senate should reject the nomination of Mr. Slash and Byrne,
